We take pride in our fast shipping and delivery within the U.S. We ship in-stock items via USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day Select Service according to your personal preference. Please note that we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses. The exact shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination zip code, weight and method of the shipment selected.

Once you place your order at PhatCampus, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please save your order confirmation for future reference. You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as we send your order. To track your order, please log on to or and enter the delivery confirmation or the tracking number we provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking number please email or call us at or (888) 819-3058 and we will assist you.

Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 2 business days of the date of your order confirmation. If we cannot ship your order within 7 business days, we will notify you in writing, via email, of the reason and duration of the expected delay. We will also provide you with an option to either wait for the delivery of the order or cancel your order for a full refund.

All items ordered at PhatCampus are shipped via a third party common carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt, report immediately any shortages and/or damages to the common carrier and notify PhatCampus within 5 business days.

When ordering at PhatCampus you must provide us with your most current contact, shipping and billing information. If you have not already done so, complete the free membership registration (for privacy information, please refer to our Privacy Policy). To set up your account, select My Account, then click “Create an Account.” Enter the requested information and submit.

Return Policy

Certain items are sold as non-returnable items for a variety of reasons. We are unable to offer refunds on such items. You will be made aware of the non-returnable status of such an item at the time of purchase.

All other items purchased from PhatCampus may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) up to 14 days after the date of shipment.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Shrink-wrapped items cannot be returned if the wrapping is broken unless the items are defective. Any software media that may be included in the book must also be intact. Should the seal on the software package be broken, we will not be able to issue a refund for the purchase.

To return items to PhatCampus, please contact us at  with the reason for the return. Then ship your return item(s) to the address on the shipping label of the package.

Be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment so they are not damaged in transit. Please keep a copy of the tracking number and shipping receipt for your records. PhatCampus is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit to our returns center.

A refund will be posted to your credit card once your return is received and processed. This process usually takes about 10-14 business days.

All individual credit card orders will be assessed a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise. If you are returning items due to our error or to a defective or damaged book, please contact Customer Service  before shipping your package to avoid being charged this restocking fee.

If we sent you the wrong book, we reserve the right to send the correct book to you in exchange for the incorrect book, or to issue a full refund upon the receipt of the returned book. If the book is damaged or defective, we reserve the right to replace the damaged or defective book, or to issue a full refund upon the receipt of the returned book.

If the reason for the return is our error (shipped wrong book; defective materials; etc.), then PhatCampus will refund the shipping charges. If the reason for the return is initiated by the customer, (ordered wrong book; dropped class; etc.) then customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Please note that in order to rectify your order for an incorrect, defective or damaged book, you must contact us within 5 business days of the delivery of your order.

NOTE: Once you submit your order, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to go through the regular return process.
