Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 20 days after the order is placed. Preorder items will be extended to the date they are shipped.
We do not accept returns on garments that have been worn, altered, or washed. All swimwear, earrings, hair accessories, and sale items that are marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.  Any items returned damage or stained will be shipped back at customers expense.
If you would like to request a return, please fill out the  form above with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 24 hours with return instructions. if you choose to use our domestic return label, a ₱‌500.00 fee will be applied to your refund.
Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Pixie Market reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
The return must be shipped/post marked within the 20 days after the order date.  If the order is shipped after the allowed period it will no longer qualify for a refund and the order will be sent back.


Please follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. If you need a copy of our return form, you may download it here. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Then, send the item back to us using an insured delivery service of your choice to the address below.  If you would like us to email you a DHL return label, a ₱‌1,150.00 fee will be applied towards your refund.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US

All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and shoes will be sent back with their original boxes. We are unable to offer a refund on items that have been worned, stained,  damaged or not in their original condition.
