Non Specialty Items – If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product (in the original form of payment). Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the replacement is not satisfactory, we will issue you store credit equivalent to the retail price of the piece.

Specialty Items – Specialty items are all electronics, cameras, phone accessories and film. Including but not limited to Cube Cameras, Instant Digital Cameras, Refurbished Cameras, and Film, which must be returned in sellable condition (with full packaging) within 7 days for a full refund.

Custom Art – If you are not happy with how your piece(s) turns out, we are happy to reprint or fully refund your purchase within 30 days of receipt (each piece can be reprinted or refunded only once).Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you are not happy with a reprint or if it is past 30 days of receipt, we will issue you credit equivalent to the retail price of the piece(s).

Gift cards are not returnable. Final sale only.
Please email contactus@polaroidfotobar.com to obtain your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and form.
All returns MUST receive an RMA # from customer service prior to returning an item(s).
Replacements will not be shipped until exchanged merchandise is received.
RMA #’s are valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.
NO REFUND or EXCHANGES will be granted without an RMA #.
Polaroid Fotobar will not be responsible for any returns received without an RMA #.
You must use a major carrier and provide us with the tracking #.
