Returns must be received within 30 days after your receipt of our shipment All returned product must be in brand-new, saleable condition, with manufacturer’s packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase, such as accessories or free bonuses. Product showing any signs of wear or use can not be returned. We will credit your card or issue a refund by check (if paid originally with check or money order) within 5 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.>

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge an additional restocking fee, but we do deduct the actual shipping charges that we paid from the refund. (Many of our competitors routinely deduct 10% to 20% from your refund if you return a watch to them.  They make money whether you are happy or not — that’s not the way we do business.)

Please note that special orders are not returnable.

If we do, as a concession to a customer and solely at our option, accept a watch back after 30 days or showing wear, it may be subject to a restocking fee at our option.

Note – The shipping times below are business days after your order leaves our location.  Ground shipments may take one to two business days to leave our facility during peak periods.

Other terms and conditions:
Orders placed do not constitute a legal contract until we ship the product.  Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures.  We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards, or we can not ship the product due to factors beyond our control.
Please note that, although rare and despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur occasionally.  In this case,  we will do our best to honor the price, but may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
