Shipping Options
For your convenience, several shipping methods are available for your order at the time of checkout. Choose between UP Postal Service or FederalExpress.
US Postal Service
Standard Delivery: Unless otherwise selected, orders are shipped First Class Mail by US Postal Service, which includes Delivery Confirmation. Allow 10-15 days to receive your order.
Priority Mail: Select this for faster delivery to your US address. Depending on the time of day your order is placed, location and USPS mail schedule, your order can arrive in as few as 3-4 days. Delivery Confirmation included.
Federal Express
For faster delivery, FedEx Ground and Standard Overnight shipping is also available. Prices are quoted based on shipping address and weight. Standard Overnight orders received by 3:00 EST will ship same day.
International Shipping: USPS First Class International is available to most countries for an additional charge.
Allow 10-20 days for delivery of close-out deals, coupon or group specials.
Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, new items in their original packaging, including garment tags if applicable, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less $5 restock fee for socks and sleeves and $15 on all other items. If the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect item, we will provide return shipping at no cost.
We are happy to exchange most items for a different size or issue full store credit for toward your future purchase.
Exception: our return policy does not apply to close-out or items marked as final sale. Always check offer or product description for details.
Allow up to four weeks to receive refunds. This time period includes the return ship time, processing your return and initiating a refund. If you need to return an item, contact us by email at info@procompression.com and we’ll help you.
Discounts
From time to time, the company may offer special pricing, discounts or coupon codes. Discounts may not be combined and cannot be used with wholesale purchases.
