Rally House Return Policy
Rally House gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, odorless and undamaged regular merchandise for refund within 120 days of original purchase with original receipt. Returns may be made at any Rally House/Kansas Sampler location or via return mail. All we ask is that the products are in the original condition that you purchased them and in the original box/packaging with tags on them. Customers name, phone number, and zip code will be needed for the return/exchange. * Just follow the steps below to return the items to a store or to ship it back. Refunds will be processed within two business days of receipt to the original form of payment.**

- Make sure to bring your Packing Slip or Order # for easy lookup.

SHIP IT BACK
- Use the form below to create a shipping label. $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.
- Pack item(s) with Customer Return Form from your Packing Slip and affix Shipping Label to packaging.
- Make sure no other tracking labels are showing.
- Drop it off at your nearest Post Office or schedule a pickup here.
