Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you’ll get your refund typically within 3 business days.
Is there a return shipping fee?
If you choose the Instant Refund store credit, return shipping is on us! There will be a $5.95 return shipping fee for refunds back to original payment method.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 30 days.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale and founder’s choice items.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
