Thank you for shopping at RitzCamera. We value your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with your item, or would like to return it, please feel free to contact our customer service department by email at CustomerService@RitzCamera.com

DAYS TO REMEMBER

  • The deadline for RMA requests is 30 days after the product is received (this date will be verified by the tracking number associated with your order).
  • Customers have 14 days after an RMA request has been approved to send it back to us, or we reserve the right to refuse it.

USAGE AND PACKAGING

  • Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition, with all included accessories
  • Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging
  • Must include all packaging materials: instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and blank warranty cards.
  • Manufacturer’s labeled packaging, UPC codes, and proof of purchase must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
  • Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
  • Any blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition

FINES MAY APPLY

  • A minimum restocking fee starting at 10% will be applied to returns unless sufficient proof can be established that they arrived defective or damaged. This fee can progress to up to 25%, depending on the condition of the item when received in our facilities.
  • Returns of products that are physically damaged WILL NOT be accepted unless they arrived in that state to the customer.

SPECIALTY ITEMS

  • Televisions can be returned within 14 days. Shipping charges will apply.
  • Malfunctioned televisions must be notified to the original manufacturer for warranty replacements
  • RitzCamera will only cover malfunctioned televisions if the original manufacturer was contacted
  • Software can only be returned for replacement if it is defective or damaged.
  • All OEM software including Operating Systems is non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

BUNDLES AND REBATES

  • Purchasing multiple units of a Bundle Special that feature a mail-in rebate may yield only one redeemable rebate offer
  • You must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within specified return period from the date of purchase for a refund
  • Individual items may only be returned for replacement if an RMA number is acquired within the Standard Return period

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • ALL RETURNS require an RMA number (return authorization number)
  • ALL RMA numbers are only accepted via e-mail (customerservice@ritzcamera.com)
  • Warranty cards, rebates and product registration forms MUST NOT be filled out.
  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • Products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for shipping labels
  • Items returned for buyer’s remorse will not be eligible for shipping labels
  • We do NOT accept returns on International purchases at this time.
  • Can refuse returns if item shows usage
  • All returns must be mailed in
  • Delivery refusals from UPS are considered as returns and may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Dead Pixel Policy—must be a minimum of 7 dead pixels to receive a replacement or refund

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT HOLIDAY PURCHASE RETURNS

We appreciate you trusting us with your holiday purchases and will make every effort to deliver items to their final destination in the most timely manner. Items purchased between Thanksgiving (November 24, 2016) and Christmas Day (December 25, 2016) can be returned until January 31, 2017. Aside from changing the time to initiate a return, all other return policies remain as indicated below.
