Robeez Return Policy
You may return your Robeez purchase within 30 days from day of purchase. We accept returns of products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, any shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Returns, including the packing slip, should be mailed to:

If you received the items you want to return as a gift or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please contact us at customerservice@robeez.com. Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Central).
Please note, we can only refund items originally purchased directly from our website. Robeez cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Robeez label has been altered. For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Robeez brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.
