Royal Design Return Policy
RoyalDesign.com applies a withdrawal period of 14 days. That means you can return your goods throughout the 14 days after you have received your products. In order to return the goods, it must be intact and in original packaging if available. Contact Customer Service for detailed instructions regarding the return.
If you use your right of withdrawal, however, you pay the shipping charges back to RoyalDesign.com yourself. Some exceptions to the right of withdrawal may occur if the product is specially manufactured or otherwise tailored to you.
