UK Return Policy
Returns from the UK mainland and Northern Ireland are free of charge. A returns label and instructions will be included in your shipment.
We offer a 14 working day return period for unworn purchases. Please see our Terms of Sale for full terms of our policy.
We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Your refund credit may take up to 14 days from receipt of your return to our warehouse. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER (UK)
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Sometimes it happens! Return your items to us for free within 14 days, in their original packaging, for a refund. Refunds will appear in your account within 14 days of us receiving your goods.
POST IT VIA ROYAL MAIL
To return via Royal Mail, Complete the return form from your order and include it with your packaged items. Attach the Royal Mail label that was enclosed and take it to any Post Office, being sure to obtain proof of postage.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on any international orders; you will need to pay for items to be shipped back to the UK.
International purchases can only be returned by post as we do not offer a collection service.
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on Shoeaholics.com that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Fill out the form enclosed in your parcel.
Use the resealable sticky panels on your packaging to seal your package.
Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office and send to the following address:
