What is your return policy?
We believe so strongly in the quality of each product we offer that we have one of the best guarantees in the business. If you’re not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, send it back within 60 days and we’ll replace it or give you a refund. Any product returned to us must be in the condition you received them (unworn) and in the original box and/or packaging. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return postage.  We do offer our “Return Label” as a return option.  The Return Label can simplify the return process and save you a trip to the post office (The cost of using the prepaid return label service will be deducted from your refund or charged to your original payment method if an exchange is requested). The Return Label service is not available for APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territory shipments. Some orders ship directly from the vendor and may be excluded from our Return Label service.
Fine Details
Items must be sent back within 60 days from purchase date, though during the holiday season (November 1 – January 1) we’ll give you up to 90 days from the purchase date to make gift-giving easier.
