You will be asked to specify your preferred method of delivery at the checkout stage. Note that the prices quoted above remain the same for multiple items to the same address. For example if you were to buy three pairs with 24 hr delivery then the price would still be £3.95.

Please note that orders shipped out on a Next Day delivery service will be delivered the following working day. Depending upon the courier, shipping an item on a Friday could mean a Saturday delivery or a Monday delivery.

Royal Mail often deliver on a Saturday but Guaranteed delivery on a Saturday is not free and will not apply to every brand – please see above.

Parcelforce will make every attempt to deliver your parcel on time which must be signed for. If they cannot achieve this then they will leave a card and the parcel will be taken to the local post office where you can collect it, by taking proof of your home address like a utility bill.

Orders received up to 2pm will be shipped out the same day, orders received after this time will be shipped out the next working day, (Not Saturday). Some brands which we don’t hold in our warehouse may have an earlier cut off point however. Please be aware of this when choosing your delivery preference. We offer a free UK exchange service for any item bought – you can now download a free label from Royal mail on their website here: or you can use the one from our site here:  Exchanges-Form.doc which also includes a freepost label to send the order back to us at your local post office! *We offer a free 15 day returns service for upto 2 pairs of full price items from a single UK address. Note in order to qualify for the free return you must use our freepost label and send the item back using the post office, obtaining a receipt when you do.

If you return more than 2 pairs you will receive a full refund but you will need to pay the for the return of these extra pairs or, if you use our free returns label, we will deduct £2.95 for each pair to cover the return postage.

If you return sale or discounted items you will receive a full refund but you will need to pay for the return of the items back to us or, if you use our free returns label we will deduct £2.95 to cover the return postage.

Returned items need to be inspected by our warehouse and this process can take up to 7 days. Note also that your credit card company can take a further 2-10 days to process the credit for you. We have no control over this.

Please follow the guidelines below when sending items back to us:

1. Please make sure that you send back the item in the original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels.

2. Any item returned without its swing tickets and labels will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. If shoes are returned without their branded box or if you tape up this box so it is not in a resaleable condition, regrettably you will be deducted £10.00.

3. The goods must be completely unworn with no sign of wear whatsoever.

4. Please ensure that you package the item securely so that it will arrive with us without sustaining any damage.

5. Please use the above Exchange-Form which contains a Freepost label to qualify for free returns. You are welcome to send the item back using your own courier and we will refund the full cost of the shoes.

6. Please ensure you include a copy of your despatch note or order confirmation showing your order number so we can identify your return.

7.  We are happy to exchange the item size for free if you find they do not fit. However, we are unable to exchange for a different style. We will refund your exchange including postage as soon we receive the shoes back into our warehouse but you should place a new order for the different style – to secure it. We will pay for the carriage of the item to us if you choose an exchange or place a replacement order – (See Exchange-Form above), if you are a UK customer. For EU and international orders we cannot offer free exchanges or returns.

8. Please add your request for an exchange to the Exchange Form above.

9. If we receive your return after 15 days then we will issue you with a voucher for the current value of the goods. (Does not apply at Christmas) The voucher will be valid for six months and can be used to pay for any item on our site. Please note that we do not give ‘change’ for vouchers which must be used in full at the time of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 28 days,

10. Please make sure you return any FREE GIFTS or TOYS with your return as we cannot accept returns that are not complete.

11. Note that any returns restriction do not affect your stautory right to cancel.

Foreign Returns:

Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns service on any foreign orders. Please use the address below to return the shoes, ensuring all dispatch information is included as well as instructions of a refund or exchange.

Cancellation: abides by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 which gives you the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days of receipt – ‘the cooling off period’. Order cancellations must be made in writing to within seven working days of delivery and you must specify that you are cancelling under the ‘Distance Selling Regulations 2000’. Please note that all full price returns are free so if you cancel and have paid full price for your order then we will pay for your return.


Faulty Items/Wrong Item Sent:

If in the unlikely event your item is faulty or you receive the wrong style, please use the Exchange-Form link above to download the return form and tell us if you would like a refund or replacement. Note you have 28 days from receipt of the item to return it to us. We will refund the full cost of your order including the outbound and return postage. Postage back to us is free when you use our return label – You are welcome to use your own postage method and we wil refund the full cost of the shoes and outbound postage.


Customs and Import Charges:

For any customs or import charges that arise when a parcel reaches a destination country must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. We have no way of knowing what these charges may be as they vary from country to country.
