**What is your return policy?
Satisafaction is SignaturePoker.com’s number one goal! In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund. Please note:
Item(s) must be unused and be returned with all packing materials. There will be a 20% restocking fee of purchase price for items returned opened and/or used. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days.

For the security purposes all orders will be manually checked before processing.
Note: The shipment of our poker chips, poker table tops, poker sets and poker table top accessories to areas outside of the Continental US must be done via UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®. Please call us at Toll Free 1-800-689-0228 or email us at info@SignaturePoker.com for a price quote. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. We DO ship to APO/AP addresses via USPS (US postal service.)
