Your satisfaction is of primary importance to Skincarestore. If any of our products cause you dissatisfaction, you can return the unused portion of a Skincarestore product for a full refund, less delivery charges. The product’s unused proportion remaining must be 50% or more.
Please note that in order to keep our prices low we cannot accept returns for an incorrect colour choice on any tinted products. If you are unsure which colour is best for you then please visit our SkincareStore Salon at 664 Darling Street Rozelle or go to your local stockist for a colour match. For returns or problems with ghd stylers, please contact ghd directly on 1300 443 4247. Please note, we can only accept a reasonable number of returns from each customer.

To return your item(s), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation No. (RMA#) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If there is a packing issue upon receiving your order from the SkincareStore warehouse you must notify us within 5days from receipt of delivery.

Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RMA#.

How to Return a Skincarestore Product

  • Obtain your RMA# within 30 days of our receipt of your order via email by submitting your details in the form below. Alternatively, call Skincarestore on 1300 88 12 16 (Int’l: +61 2 9555 9888) Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
  • All pieces, parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return
  • Please retain your postal receipt from Australia Post as we will ask to see this if we fail to receive your return package.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
