South Beach Swimsuits’ Return and Exchange Policy:

South Beach Swimsuits wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you wish to do a return or an exchange, please fill out the form accordingly and neatly fold the item(s) and place them in their individual bags.

 

Returns:

  • To do a return, please fill out the return portion of this form and send it back to South Beach Swimsuits 12 Cody Street West Hartford, CT 06110.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for shipping your return back to us and are responsible for tracking information for your return.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days from ship date.
  • All items returned back to us must be in perfect condition with all original tags attached, panty liner in place and must be free of any odor and/or stains. It is up to South Beach Swimsuits’ discretion to decide if the returned item(s) are in perfect condition or not. If it is not, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund process. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days and you will see a refund back to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • If your item(s) are returned past the 30-day window, it is up to South Beach Swimsuits’ discretion to accept the return. If it is accepted,  you will be issued a store credit for the current price on the website.
  • There is a 5% restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $1000.00
  • Orders made with a coupon of 40% or greater are a final sale.  Items can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

 

Exchanges:

  • To do an exchange, please fill out the return and exchange portion of this form and send it back to South Beach Swimsuits 12 Cody Street West Hartford, CT 06110.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for shipping your return back to us and are responsible for tracking information for your return.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund your original form of payment for the item(s) being returned and we will place a whole new order for your exchange request.
  • Please keep in mind that a refund for your returned item(s)may take up to 7 business days to appear back on your original form of payment.
  • If you need your exchange item in a short time frame, we recommend that you place a new order online, once you send back your original order, we will just process it as a return and refund your original form of payment.

 

Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of delivery – sales@southbeachswimsuits.com If an item has been damaged during the shipping process, please keep the damaged bag to be returned along with the damaged goods. Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product. As these are high quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the tags. Hot tubs, heavily chlorinated pools and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects. Once a swimsuit is worn and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned for any reason.
