If you are not fully satisfied with any SPECIALTY POOL PRODUCTS product, return it within 14 days for a full product refund. Returns received 15-30 days after the date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of the product no returns will be accepted on custom orders (except for manufacturer defects), above-ground liners and drilled solar reels.

Handling fees are non-refundable

TO RETURN MERCHANDISE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
  1. COMPLETE A “RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST”. You may call us at 1-800-721-0998 to speak with a Customer Service representative.
  2. SEND YOUR PACKAGE to us prepaid via Fed Ex, UPS or U.S. Mail. Charges for shipping returned products back to us are your responsibility. No C.O.D. or collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the package for its full value. Keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return. SPECIALTY POOL PRODUCTS® is not responsible for returned items lost in shipping.
