STL Ocarina Return Policy
STL Ocarina has an exclusive 14-day refund policy for all Collector ocarinas. In accordance with this policy, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of a Collector ocarina you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping & handling charges) within 14 days of the date of receipt. A restocking fee (20% of purchase price) will be applied and refund will be issued when the return item is received.
All returned ocarinas must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and all accessories.
All returns cannot show signs of wear or abuse. Returns will be inspected and determined in our sole discretion whether or not they are acceptable for return and credit. We reserve the right to refuse any returns not in original factory condition. Your purchase will be returned to you without a refund if your return is incomplete or the ocarina shows signs of wear and/or abuse.
Shipping of returns is the customer�s responsibility. We will not accept COD or freight – collect shipments.
Refunds are issued in the same manner as payment. No refunds after 14 days from ship date.
STL Ocarina, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse to honor any refund if the above conditions are not meet.
