TaraKit Stores Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the product description page, you are entitled to return all new, unopened items with 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement. In addition, we will also pay for the return shipping costs if the product you have bought is defective or the order is incorrect in any way.
We aim to refund you in full within four weeks of receipt of your returned items, although in the majority of cases your refund will be credited to you sooner than this.
Generally, after we receive a return request it takes between five and ten business days for us to receive your returned items, and then another three to five business days for us to process the returned items. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional five to ten days for them to process your refund.
In order to return an item, you need to login to your account, go to My Account >Complete Orders > and then select the item you wish to return. Click on the Return Itembutton, and then select if you want a replacement or a refund. Once we have received the returned item and fully processed it, we’ll send you notification by email and issue you with a full refund or a replacement as per your request.
Shipping Policy
The majority of orders will be shipped within two business days following receipt of Payment*.
Once your order has been placed with us, we’ll send you an estimated date for shipment and delivery of your goods, based on the item’s availability and the shipping option you have chosen. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, an estimated shipping and delivery date may appear on the shipping quote page, which can be accessed any time by logging into your account.
Shipping rates for the majority of our items are based on weight. The weight of the item(s) you have purchased is listed on the product description page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all item weights will be rounded up the next full pound.
