Domestic (USA) Returns
If you would like to return a package or products, we are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on returns that are shipped from domestic locations. Contact us to request a complimentary pre-paid FedEx return label.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Only products purchased on Tatcha.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
- Complimentary gift with purchase items must be included to be eligible for a full refund.
- We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.
- Shipping cost and gift wrapping services are not eligible for refunds.
- We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
International Returns
If you are returning packages or items and are outside of the United States, please be aware that shipping costs are not covered by Tatcha at this time. Contact Us for a Return Authorization and instructions. We do not offer exchanges to an International location. Shipping fees, customs/duties or any additional fees are not eligible for refunds.
