Returns & Guarantees

We only stock items from the most reputable sources, and the authenticity of every brand and/or manufacturer is guaranteed. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. However, if an item that you have ordered is not as it was described on the site or you wish to cancel the order*, this can be done within 14 working days which begins the day after receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned in original packaging including all original tags and undamaged at customer’s expense and a refund, less the original shipping costs will be issued within 7 days of goods return. We reserve the right to claim costs incurred to us on transaction processes incurred by bank authorisation charges.

** Please note that we do not accept returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase in most Cases Tessuti Ltd will be happy to offer a suitable exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note where an item is not faulty original postage charges will not be refunded.

If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, for insurance purposes, we strongly recommend that you inform us within 24 hours, whereupon we will immediately make arrangements for the full refund, exchange or replacement of the damaged item. Tessuti Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund including postage if the item is deemed not to be faulty.

Returning Via Collect+

There is now a new way to return items to Tessuti

3. Online tracking on all parcels

Collect+ is a convenient service that allows you to drop the item you wish to return to any Collect+ stores, 7 days a week, early to late. There are over 5,000 stores nationwide

Simply complete the returns section (found on the reverse of your invoice), securely wrap your item and put the Collect+ returns label on to the front of your package. You can easily print your label online here

All you then have to do is visit one of the Collect+ stores, drop your item and collect your receipt – it couldn’t be easier. You can also track your return from the Collect+ website.

Your item will then be returned to us for processing within 3-5 working days

Delivery

Free standard delivery on all orders, deliveries can take 1-2 working days.

We hope to deliver your order right away; all goods are generally dispatched by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery in UK. Orders for the UK should be received within 1-2 working days. Orders for the EU should be received within 5-7 working days.

In the event that an item is out of stock, delivery times may take longer. We will always notify you by email or your preferred method of contact.

Goods ordered may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your goods shipped. The customer or receiver of the goods will be liable for any such fees. Tessuti Ltd are not liable for these fees, nor will they accept returns as a result of these fees. All other conditions of sale apply. Store Delivery

Delivery to any Tessuti Store for FREE.

Place your order online selecting the Store Delivery option at checkout. Choose the store you wish your order to be delivered to.

Once your order has been delivered to the store we will send you an SMS message (a mobile number must be provided when you place the order) informing you that your order is ready for collection. The delivery time to store will be 2-3 working days.

When collecting your order please bring a copy of your confirmation email or text message and some ID (card used to pay, utility bill etc). Please note that only the person who placed the order can collect the order.

Should you wish to return any item(s) it may be left in store to be forwarded on to the internet team. No refunds can be made in store.
