Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that our products have met your expectations. If, however, you change your mind for any reason about any goods ordered from the Teva website, you may return them FREE OF CHARGE for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

When you receive your Teva footwear, we ask you to take reasonable care of it, trying it out on a clean, indoor and preferably carpeted surface to ensure you have the correct fit. We consider ‘reasonable care’ to include that goods have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn. We cannot refund goods of which you have not taken reasonable care. Please note we can only process an exchange for a different size or colour of the SAME STYLE.

Goods purchased on can be returned FREE OF CHARGE using Royal Mail service. Please be sure to retain the Returns Form enclosed with your order until you are sure you have the right style and fit, as it includes your pre-paid Royal Mail returns label.

How to return:

  1. Complete the Returns Form, stating the reason for return and, if applicable, the item you would like in exchange (this must be a like for like exchange, for a different colour or size of the SAME STYLE).
  2. Cut out the pre-paid Royal Mail returns label and attach it securely to the front of your package. Please return goods in the original packaging where possible, if you no longer have this, use a sturdy alternative to protect the goods during transit.
  3. Simply take the item to your Post Office to return via Royal Mail. Remember to request proof of postage when using Royal Mail; we cannot be held liable for any items lost during transit.
  4. We’ll take care of everything for you – we’ll send you an email to let you know when the product you requested in exchange is despatched, or when your refund is processed.

please allow 10 working days for the product you requested to be sent in exchange or for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. In some cases it may take up to 7 working days from the time that Teva processes the refund for funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, this is dependent on your bank or card issuer.

If you no longer have the Returns Form and label supplied with your order within the 30 day period, please contact our customer service team and quote your order number so they can email you a copy.


If you wish to return a Teva product purchased anywhere other than this website, you should return the product to the place of its original purchase. Items purchased on line must be returned as outlined above and will not be accepted in stores.


If your order is received damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Services as soon as reasonably possible. The contact details for Customer Services can be found on our website.

If your order arrived damaged then we will replace it for you as soon as possible at no additional charge, providing the style is still available.

Please note that Teva can only offer an exchange or refund, we do not perform repairs. Proof of purchase must be supplied in order for us to process a refund.

All Teva products are made to the highest standard using natural and/or recycled products with rigorous quality control checks made throughout the manufacturing process. However due to the natural nature of some of our products some material variations do occur.

There is a one-year warranty against defective material and/or workmanship that applies from the date of purchase. If you have a warranty claim then please contact Customer Services for support. The contact details for Customer Services can be found on our website. Please note the warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or the material used. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. If a problem develops with a product during regular use, please contact Customer Services for further guidance and assistance. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
