Submit Return Request Online

• Login to your account by clicking the link located in the upper right hand corner of TOMS.com.
  Ordered as Guest? Click Here.
  Received as a Gift? Click Here.
• From your Dashboard, select “Return” for the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
• Follow the easy step-by-step guide. Select items, reason for return, and shipping method.
• Choose whether you would like to receive a TOMS.com E-Gift Card OR a refund back to your payment source.
  • If you choose to receive a TOMS.com E-Gift Card, you will receive a UPS Return Shipping Label at no charge to you to send your item(s) back to TOMS.
  • If you choose to receive a refund back to your payment source, you will have the option to purchase a UPS Return Shipping Label from TOMS for $6 (most popular option!) OR take your package to the mail carrier of your choice.

Package Item(s)

• You can use the original TOMS shipment box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
• If there are any existing shipping labels or stickers on your shipping box, be sure to remove them.
• Attach your new Return Shipping Label to the box.
• Be sure to include the downloadable Return Form in your box, along with your unworn item(s).

Ship Back to TOMS

• Mail your package back to TOMS!
• If you chose to print a UPS Return Shipping label, drop your package off at an authorized UPS Shipping Center. Find the UPS Shipping Center nearest youhere.
• We will process your request as soon as we receive your item(s).
  • If you chose to receive a refund back to your payment source, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
  • If you chose to receive a TOMS.com E-Gift Card, your E-Gift Card will be sent to you via email.
