What if I need to return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Total Pet Supply, simply return the product within 30 days and we will apply a credit to your Total Pet Supply account for 100% of its value, as well as the return shipping cost. Even if the package has been opened, don’t worry! Return the opened package and we will credit 50% of its value to your account.
