Ultimate T-Shirts Return Policy
We accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise only within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted for seasonal Halloween costumes and t-shirts after 10/31.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, dried, or damaged/stained in any way.
Customers who order two of the same shirt in consecutive sizes and then send one back for a refund may be charged a $5.00 restocking fee. Please see size chart or call if you have any concerns before placing your order.
Shipping costs on any non-damaged return will be the responsibility of the customer. UltimateTshirts.com will only pay the shipping on flawed/damaged items that were the result of the manufacturer.
Directions for U.S. Orders
When returning the item you purchased, please enclose the original paking slip, which was included in the box or package. Please note on the packing slip the reason for the return. If the incorrect item was sent or the product is defective, we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost upon verification of the return.
If an exchange is desired, please note on the packing slip the item desired. For items one pound or less (ie a T-Shirt) please include a check or money order payable to UltimateTshirts.com in the amount of $3. For items weighing more than one pound (ie 2 T-Shirts or a sweatshirt) please include a check or money order for $7.

Directions for International Orders
When returning the item you purchased, please include the original packing slip, which was included in the box or package of your original purchase. If you no longer have the packing slip from your original shipment, you can write a note, making sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number, and reason for the return or exchange.

Postage Credit
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless an error occurred when filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
