Unique Vintage

Unique Vintage has a strict 14-day return policy. All return packages must be post marked within 14 days of the original delivery date of your order, unworn, with all tags attached and with a copy of your invoice for a proper refund or exchange to be processed. If post marked 15-30 days after original delivery of your order you will be issued store credit only.

Unique Vintage now offers EASY RETURNS & FREE EXCHANGES! Our easy returns offer applies to domestic orders only.

*Refunds: Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a $5.99 shipping fee when you use our return label.

*Exchanges: Unique Vintage will happily process an exchange for free when you use our return label. No return shipping fee will be applied.

*Store Credit: Request a store credit instead of a refund and we will waive the return shipping fee as well as any designer or shoe restocking fees.

3. Choose your return option (refund, exchange, or store credit)

4. Print your label & return invoice. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number!

5. Package up your items being returned, please be sure to use secure packaging. All shoes boxes must be in perfect condition, you MAY NOT use the shoe box as a shipping package, it will need to go inside another box or bag for shipping.

6. Drop your package off at FedEx or US Post Office.

7. (Optional) Relax! Unique Vintage will take care of the rest!

Unique Vintage processes exchanges for free when you use our return label located here. We will also cover the cost of shipping back to you. If there is a price difference between the exchange items, we will either charge or refund your credit card or PayPal account, whichever is called for to complete your exchange request.

Please note exchanges can take approximately 2 weeks to be received back to you. For exchanges needed in a rush we recommend you place an order for the new item and ship the original item back for a refund.

Exchanges will be processed when your return is received back to Unique Vintage. We will charge your original card or PayPal account for the cost to ship your exchange. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either charge or refund your card or PayPal account, whichever is called for to complete your exchange request.

For returns received on time unworn and with the correct tags attached we offer refunds or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, if you use the return label supplied by Unique Vintage a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please see the individual items page for return restrictions or restocking fees.

We will refund your original card or PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving your return and you will receive an email receipt. Please allow 3-4 days business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account, your refund may be reflected on your next statement. PayPal refunds should appear within 24 hours.

Choose store credit instead of a credit card or PayPal refund and Unique Vintage will issue you a full store credit, no restocking fees will be incurred. Unique Vintage also issues store credit for all returns post marked up to 15 days late.

Store credit will be credited to your Unique Vintage account. To use, simply contact customer service to place your order.

Please note: Restocking fees for damaged, worn or items missing tags will not be waived regardless of refund choice.

If you have received a damaged item or the wrong item DO NOT return with the label in your package. You must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive a return authorization label.

We will not accept a return if tags are missing, the item appears to be worn or is damaged with stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, missing beading, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal or human hair, etc. These returns will be sent back to you at your cost or charged a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Shoe returns will not be accepted if the shoe box is used as a shipping package, any damaged done to the box will be considered item damage.

If you received your order from a different location other than Unique Vintage you will still need to return it to Unique Vintage. Do not ship the item back to the address it was shipped from; contact customer service to receive a return-shipping label.

All items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are final sale meaning they are non-returnable for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions. Items that fall under this category include, but are not limited to; cosmetics, hair accessories, lingerie, stockings/tights, special order dresses, and all Fancy brand wedding dresses.
