New Customer Guarantee

We are so confident in our proprietary Vapor Titan and Vapor Zeus kits that we offer a 100 percent money back guarantee for new customers. If you try one of our Vapor4Life starter kits and are not completely satisfied, just send it back within 30 days of purchase. We’ll pay the return shipping and give you a full refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

All refunds, warranty claims and exchanges require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. With the exception of the New Customer Guarantee, return shipping charges are not our responsibility. Customers must provide a valid order number to initiate an RMA, which can be requested in one of the following ways: 1) Fill out a support ticket and request an RMA number. 2) Call us at (844-827-3454) VAPE-4-LIFE and request an RMA number. 30 Day Full Money Back Guarantee Vapor4Life Hardware may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided these items are in like-new condition and show no sign of misuse. Shipping charges will be refunded only on domestic orders placed by new customers for the Vapor Zeus, Vapor Titan, and E Cigar King starter kits. Any packages without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. Mods, refillables and 18650 batteries are excluded from 30 day money back guarantee.

90 Day Warranty

All hardware is supported by a 90 Day Warranty. The defective item must be returned within 20 days of receiving an RMA for return, or your account may be charged for the full cost of the replacement(s). We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise to ensure the item has not been damaged due to misuse. Warranty is void if hardware is used with chargers not sold by Vapor4Life. The 90 day warranty does not cover clearance items. Any packages without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. Mods, refillables and 18650 batteries are excluded from 90 Day warranty. Non-functioning Vape Pod/Vape Mod Return Policy Damaged and non-functioning vape mod and vape pod systems may be exchanged for a replacement within 15 days of purchase, provided that the item shows no signs of misuse or tampering upon inspection of the returned merchandise. Replacements are shipped out to the customer after the original non-functioning item has been received and inspected. Exchanges must be arranged through customer service and require an RMA number. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to the sender.

Vape Pod/Vape Mod Return Policy

If a customer is not satisfied with a properly functioning mod for any reason, the mod can be exchanged for store credit or refunded less a 20% restocking fee within 15 days of purchase, provided the device is in like new condition, in full working order and shows no sign of misuse or tampering upon inspection. Exchanges and refunds are only processed after the original purchased item has been received and inspected. Unopened vape mods and vape pods can be returned within 30 days for a full refund on the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges are not refunded. Any returns without an RMA number will be returned to sender.

E-Liquid & Refillables

Due to the nature of these items, we will not issue refunds or accept exchanges/returns for e-liquid or any type of cartomizer including blank, pre-filled or tank cartomizers, Smileomizers, tanks, or EGO Mega Carts.
