blank merchandise

Blank merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 45 days of receipt. Defective may be exchanged or returned for a full refund (including shipping) within 45 days. Simply contact us and we’ll handle the rest – hassle free!

personalized merchandise

Due to the nature of customized goods, we cannot accept returns for products personalized on our site unless either the product itself or the decoration is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In these cases we will be happy to replace the defective products free of charge or they may be returned for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request an exchange or refund.
