If any of the items you have ordered are unsuitable, please inform us within 7 days of receipt via our contact page or by calling us on +44(0)20 8385 2587. Please include your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.

Send the unwanted item back to us at the address below, including your name and order number.

We are happy to give a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of us receiving your returns notification email.

  • Items returned outside these conditions may receive a credit note.
  • A refund will not be possible if the item(s) arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
  • We can only issue a refund on postal fees if your order was faulty at reception or your product has gone faulty within the 6 month of guarantee.
  • Christmas returns: Christmas gifts can be exchanged or refunded by the 10th of January with a proof of purchase, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights. When returning items we strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Vendula London will arrange an exchange.

Vendula London’s decision is final.
