Return and Refund Policy

1. Guarantee is for weight loss products only.
2. Must purchase 2 or more bottles.
3. Customer must take weight loss product for a minimum of 60 days.
4. Customer must contact Vital Mend within 90 calendar days from purchase date, in order to obtain a return authorization number. Packages marked “return to sender” or do not have an RMA number written on the outside will be returned.
5. Customer must send back product, subject to a disposal fee. The refund will not be issued until we have received it.
6. Customer to pay shipping costs for products and/or other products that were provided by Vital Mend.
7. If any bottles are open or missing, it will be subject to a 25% disposal fee.
8. Customer must have contacted us prior to return.
9. After 90 days all sales are final.
