At VitalSleep, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or free replacement.

*If VitalSleep was not molded properly we will provide you will a free replacement. Your order also includes a 1 year warranty in which we will replace your mouthpiece for any reason free of charge for 1 year.

You have the option of receiving a refund for the amount of the product or obtaining a free replacement. Please allow 2-7 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement once we process it.

How to Return or Exchange VitalSleep:

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.

Ship via regular USPS first class postal mail.
