West 49 is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it!

Return the product with your receipt within 14 days — in the condition that you received it — and you will receive a refund or exchange. After 14 days and up to 30 days we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card THAT NEVER EXPIRES! Gift Cards may be redeemed at any West 49 in the amount equivalent to the remaining card balance. For any damaged or defective product, please contact onlinehelp@west49.com immediately upon receipt of package, and include photos of the irregularities as well as your invoice.

You may use one of the following options to make a return of an online purchase:

Take your in-store or online purchase to your local West 49 location,

OR   Request your return online!

There are TWO easy ways to return:

Fill out our online return/exchange form OR call our Customer Service number 1-800-669-1258 – You have the choice between having your Shipping Label emailed directly to you to be printed off and adhered to your return shipment or sent via snail mail.

Once you’ve received you return label please do the following:

  1. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
  2. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed Shipping Label you received from us onto your package (Be sure to cover or remove the original shipping label)
  3. Drop your package with Canada Post at home, at work, or at the Post Office
