60 Day Return Policy

Wrangler.com stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 60 days of purchase. In order to return your merchandise to us for a refund, please follow the instructions below.  Please Note: sometimes you will be asked to return a product to a different address than the one from which it was shipped to you.

  2. Repackage products in a secure shipping box along with the completed Returns Form. Products being returned for a refund must be in original condition with all original tags attached.
  3. Use the orange return address label provided in your original shipment to send the products back to us.   If you no longer have your orange return label, please contact Consumer Relations at             1-888-784-8571       (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST).  Please Note: Wrangler® is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you insure your package when you return it to us.

Full One-Year Warranty

If either the workmanship or materials in a garment are defective, return it to us and a replacement or refund will be made. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If you are returning a defective garment, please call Consumer Relations at             1-888-784-8571       (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST), in order to receive a prepaid shipping envelope for the return. When you call, you may be asked for your:

  • order number
  • name
  • address
