Yumi Direct UK Return Policy
WE OFFER FREE RETURNS ON ALL UK ORDERS:
We will accept all returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned in saleable condition.
We can only refund onto the credit or debit card that you paid with.
We will pay the return shipping costs if you receive an incorrect or faulty item.
We will only pay the return shipping costs for one postage
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package back to us, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We post with the UK Mail service so you should expect to receive your items the day after your order has been dispatched. Orders placed today are dispatched the following day, excluding weekends and holidays. UK Mail advise that it can take longer for a package to be delivered during busy periods, including Christmas and New Year.
Please note when ordering from the US or Canada that your order may be subject to import duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay such charges and Yumi Direct cannot accept responsibility for these.

- UK Standard Delivery (2 – 3 days) – £2.95
- European Delivery (5 – 7 days) – £9.95
- US/Canada Delivery (7 – 10 days) – £14.95
Include your packing slip with your item(s) stating clearly the reasons for return and any other instructions or details.
Place the pre-paid returns sticker located on the packing slip on the return package
Send the item(s) back to us within 2 weeks of receiving them.
A refund will be issued to your account usually within 14 days of your item being received, providing it is in the correct condition.
Obtain proof of postage for your items as Yumi Direct are not liable for items that get lost in the post.
Your return request may not be accepted if a returns request is put through more than 14 days after dispatch.
