All purchases made on September 6, 2012 are FINAL SALES, No return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be permitted.

For the entire duration of the day on September 6, 2012 Zych by Tracy Zych will be hosting an online shopping event and 20% of the proceeds will be donated to charity. We ask that you carefully review your order in advance as all purchases made on September 6, 2012 are FINAL SALES.

Once the current stock is depleted all additional order will go into production immediately and may take up to 60days to ship. Please refer to Zych Craftsmanship to read about the way we have our handbags crafted.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We at Zych want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact Zych to apply for a return or exchange of the unused item, in its original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. You must request a RMA number within 14 days of receiving your order. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for an RMA number.

When your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receiving the item. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved the exchange will be shipped UPS ground at no additional cost.

There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer care within 24 hours from the date of your order. ** All sales items are final sale, no returns, exchanges, price adjustments or cancellations will be permitted.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

For all returns and exchanges please click here to submit a request for a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please note that no returns or exchanges will be processed without this number or if the purchase has exceeded the two week grace period.

Once you have been issued a (RMA) number, pack the bag securely with a copy of your packing list, Returns or Exchange Request Form and write the return number on the exterior of the box in big print. For speedy and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx.

Please note that returns and exchanges are up to the discretion of Zych, and are only accepted when the item is returned in its original condition. This policy does not supersede Zych Terms & Conditions.

HOW CAN I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?

In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please click here to submit your request and follow the standard returns process detailed above. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 1 month after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item, subject to availability. If you do not wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting your RMA.

Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with guarantees.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping charges. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs and duties and sales taxes are non refundable.
