All products are guaranteed to be as advertised and depicted on the website, to be free from defects, and to perform the function they are designed for. We are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed your expectations.

Should you need to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. To arrange a return, call us at 330-535-2811 or email-us. Please provide your name and reference number.

All shipping and insurance costs of the original order, the returned item(s), and any exchanged item(s) may be the responsibility of the customer. Special order and large equipment items may be subject to a restocking fee. These costs and fees apply unless the item is damaged or defective, or you received the item in error. We cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including the following:

  • Any item that has been used.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition.
  • Any item that is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in “like new” condition).
  • Any custom ordered item.
  • Any item returned without contacting a customer service representative.
