How do I return an item I have ordered?
Your business is important to us and we want you to be completely happy with the goods we dispatch to you. Should you wish to return anything, we operate a 30 day no quibble return policy provided returned items are received by us in saleable condition. We do not charge for returns but we cannot refund any postage you may have been charged.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.
What if 30 days have passed and I wish to make a return?
Any returns made to Active Beauty after the 30 day period will be accepted only at our discretion. Should you wish to make a return under these circumstances, please contact us for further details.
Do certain items carry a manufacturer’s warranty?
Certain items (often electrical goods like heated stylers, or roller systems) can be covered under an extended warranty offered and managed by the manufacturer. In this instance you may be able to return faulty or unwanted items directly to them after 30 days, should the return meet the criteria they give in their terms and conditions. Details of any extended warranty should be available to you in the documentation supplied with the item.
