What is your Return/Exchange policy?

If you have any problem with any items(s) and wish to return or exchange, please see below for our policy:

You may return most new items within 30 days of your original purchase.

All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.

Some items may not be eligible for returns. These include: Mystery Bags, Gift Cards, Bikinis, and custom made-to-order items. For more information on non-eligible return items, click here.

For BOGO promos, like a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”, we can accept exchanges for another item of equal or less value of the price of the item by itself or store credit. We can also accept a refund, however, please note that it would be at the cost of the prorated discount of the item within the whole BOGO purchase amount. For more information, click here.

We do not provide returns or exchanges to international orders. If there is an issue with your international order, please contact customer service and we will try to help resolve it.

Returns are completed with either a refund to the customer, an exchange for a different product, or store credit for an additional purchase.

Refunds

We accept refunds for most items if you are unsatisfied for whatever reason. Some items may be ineligible for refunds, click here for more information. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment of the customer. Please note that we do charge a $5 shipping & restocking fee. For more information on this fee, click here.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for another size or another item of equal or less value, if you’re disappointed in the product for whatever reason. Products of equal or less value will be shipped out to you, and a refund of the remaining amount will be provided to the original form of payment. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, we recommend you request store credit and to place a new order on the item using your store credit code. If you proceed with an exchange, note that we will waive the $5 shipping & restocking fee, complimentary on us.

Store Credit

We accept returns in exchange for store credit if there are no other items that interest you at the moment. Store credit will be issued to the original customer in the form of a gift card. Please note, this gift card cannot be used at retail stores, pop-up events, or other websites other than our official Affliction Clothing online store. If you proceed with store credit, note that we will waive the $5 shipping & restocking fee, complimentary on us.

What are your Return/Exchange procedures?

These procedures apply to domestic (United States) customers only.

1) Contact customer service via phone or email with your order number and whether you are requesting an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.

For returns for a refund, a $5 shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund. Customer service will email you a return label.

For exchanges & store credit, the $5 shipping/restocking fee will be waived complimentary of us. Exchanges are also acceptable for different products of equal or less value. If you want to exchange for a product of greater value, we recommend you opt for store credit and complete a new order. Customer service will email you a return label for your exchange.

For defective/incorrect items that are returned, the $5 shipping/restocking fee is waived if Affliction verifies the product was defective/incorrect when we receive it.

2) Fill out the Return Form that came with your package and clearly list the product you are returning or exchanging, and the reason code for why. If you would like store credit, please note that you are exchanging for store credit. Click here to print a copy of our Return Form.

3) Ship the item(s) back to us by dropping your package off at your closest USPS facility. If you use your own return label, please address the package to:

4) Once we receive any eligible return item(s) they will be inspected and processed within 2-3 business days. Exchanges and store credit may be processed for the customer in this time. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Affliction Clothing only accepts returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased from our online store, www.afflictionclothing.com. All merchandise purchased from third party distributors must be returned to the respective distributor. Merchandise purchased from Affliction Clothing retail locations can only be returned/exchanged at any Affliction Clothing retail location.

What products are non-returnable or non-refundable?

While most of our items are accepted for returns, there are some products that are not eligible for returns due to a variety of reasons.

Gift cards or store credit are non-refundable. If you feel someone placed an unauthorized order for gift cards using your information, please contact customerservice@afflictionclothing.com as soon as possible.

Mystery Bags are also non-refundable. The products here are chosen randomly, and we cannot look through your past orders to see which products you have or have not gotten before. If you have a sizing issue with a Mystery Bag you received, we would request that you send back all 3 items in exchange for 3 different items of the updated size. We cannot pick and choose certain items in the Mystery Bag to be resized. For more help on Mystery Bags, feel free to email customerservice@afflictionclothing.com.

Certain Custom or Made-To-Order items, like our Womens Custom Crafted series, are non-refundable because they are limited edition or one-of-a-kind items. However, if you have a sizing issue or received a damaged custom item, please reach out to customerservice@afflictionclothing.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

Women’s Bikinis are Final Sale, we do not offer refunds on these. However, we do honor exchanges or store credit. For more information, please email customerservice@afflictionclothing.com.

How do I get a return label?

For U.S. customers, please email customerservice@afflictionclothing.com to request a prepaid return label.

How should I ship my return/exchange?

Fill out the return form. You can then request a return shipping label by emailing customerservice@afflictionclothing.com or you can use your own.

Include the return form in the box, and return to:

Pack and seal your box securely, and in the original package, if possible. Please include the return form in your box, with the reason for your return. Please drop off your package to the closest USPS office near you. We’ll process the return/exchange when the package reaches our location.

Affliction Clothing is not responsible for return merchandise lost during shipping. Packages must be returned prepaid.
