We want you to be satisfied. Please return any item within 60 days from the ship date. We’ll be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your original method of payment. For returns received after 60 days we’ll be glad to issue a merchandise credit to the email address on file. Follow the instructions on the return form on the back of your packing slip. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge; we’ll just ask that you pay for return postage. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. We cannot accept open or used cosmetics; worn swimsuits or lingerie; or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer. Please allow up to three weeks for processing. Merchandise purchased at our Alloy retail location cannot be returned or exchanged by mail.

Just follow the instructions on the return form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Your name and billing address.
  • The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
  • The item number of the merchandise, if available.

Option 1: UPS Returns- your most convenient return option. Alloy uses UPS to make your return process easy:

  • No postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (one item $5.95, two or more items $6.95).
  • No waiting in line – easy drop-off at any UPS or U.S. mail location.
  • Service is available within the United States only.

UPS Return Label and drop off Instructions:

  1. Initiate a UPS return label: Click here
  2. Enter your order number and customer information in the spaces provided. (The 13 digit order number can be found on your packing slip and in your email confirmation. Please see example of packing slip provided below.)
  3. Print out your pre-paid return label, adhere the label to your package and drop the package to one of the following:
  4. Drop off to any U.S. Post Office or at any UPS location:
  • UPS – Drop your package off at any UPS drop box, UPS store (Find the Closest UPS Service Location) or give it you your UPS driver.
  • USPS – Place your package in your mailbox for your local postal carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office box.
5. Keep the tracking number from your label for easy tracking of your return.

Option 2: You may send the item(s) back to us at the address below using any other traceable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will process your return or exchange.

Return or exchange from outside the contiguous United States
Send your item to the address below using any traceable method. You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return. There are no additional shipping charges on exchange orders.

Returning a gift?

Include the purchaser’s name and zip code with your return. Indicate on the packing slip whether you’d like to exchange the gift for another product of if you’d like a refund in the form of a gift card.

Redeeming Merchandise Credit

If you have received Alloy catalog merchandise credit, you can redeem this credit by calling or mailing your order. If you have received a Merchandise E-Gift Card, you can redeem this online at alloy.com or by phone at 1-800-335-4269. Stores are unable to process catalog merchandise credit at this time.

I don’t have my original invoice/packing slip

You may return your merchandise even without a invoice/packing slip. Please include the following information on any piece of paper:
1.The name and address under which the order was placed
2.What item(s) you are returning
3.The item(s) price(s)
4.Reason for returning
5.What you’d like us to do (return money to credit card, send refund check, create catalog credit, exchange for new merchandise)
6.The form of payment

Return/Exchange Status:
Please allow 2-3 weeks, from the time you mailed us your package, for us to receive and process your return/exchanges. To find out if your returned merchandise has been received, please check online at alloy.com by clicking on the Order Status link at the bottom of any page. You can also call us at 1-888-502-5569 7 days a week, 8am to midnight EST. Or, please click here to email us. To check your order status, we need your order number and billing zip code. When e-mailing us, please Include as much information about your order as possible, starting with your first and last name and the order number.

Price Adjustment Policy
Alloy offers a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 15 days from the original purchase date. To obtain a price adjustment, you canclick here to email us or call us within 15 days of your order. Please provide the original order number, the item number, the original price and the sale price. You will receive a merchandise credit for the difference between the original price and the sale price.
