Extended return policy during the Holidays

All items shipped between November 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019, may be returned until January 31, 2020 as long as they are unworn with all tags/original packaging intact.

Do you offer free returns?

We always include a pre-printed return label in the package when sending out your order. Simply put the label on the package and send the order back to our warehouse. Once your return has reached our warehouse we will deduct a $15 return shipping fee from your balance before issuing your refund.

What is your return policy?

  • Products must be returned within 30 days after the order has been received.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • All returns must include the original packaging.

Can I return an item bought on sale?

All items including sale can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

Can I return underwear for a refund?

Our underwear goes under the same return policy as all other products on our website. There is a 30 day return policy from the day you receive the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn with all tags still intact.

How do I return my order?

Follow below steps to return your order:

 

  1. Fill in your returns form and put the pre-printed UPS return label on the package. These documents are found in the envelope you received with your order. Leave your order at your local access point or call your carrier to schedule for a pick up.

    * If you have placed an order from outside EU please leave the 3 copies of the commercial invoice to the UPS driver.

  2. When UPS has scanned your return we will send you a confirmation email that lets you know that your return is on it’s way back to our warehouse.
  3. Once received, your return will be fully processed within 7 business days. We will deduct the return fee ($15) from your balance and issue you a full refund on the rest of your order. As soon as this step is complete we will send you a refund notification by email. The refund will be reflected on your bank statement within 2-5 business days.

    *Please note that Axel Arigato cannot accept returns that have not been sent with our pre-printed return label. If you have sent your order for return with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to give you a refund on your order. Please also note that Axel Arigato will not be responsible for any shipping cost or lost packages when the order has not been sent with the above mentioned pre-printed label.

Can I return my products for an exchange?

If you would like a different style, size or color – simply return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order online.

Can I return an item I bought in store online?

Unfortunately not. You will have to handle your return the same way as your purchase was made. This means, if you ordered online you need to send the parcel back to our central warehouse.

If you have made a purchase in any of our physical stores and for some reason need to make a return please contact the store where your item was purchased and they will help you further.

Will you refund the taxes and duties I was charged on my order upon delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot refund you these charges. Please contact your local customs office to request for a refund.

*For orders outside EU only. Orders within EU are always duty free.

I have refused / missed the delivery and my package is being returned to sender. What now?

Parcels that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is €30 or equivalent in other currency and will be deducted from the refund you will receive when the return has been processed at our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot resend your package once it has been returned to us – a new order must be placed.
