In-store Return Policy

Blockbuster will refund your purchase of any new merchandise (except food items) appearing in its unopened original packaging anytime, provided you have the original receipt. Refunds for purchases made with a charge card will be credited to the same charge card. Refunds for purchases by cash will be given in cash.

This Return Policy is not applicable to products/services specifically marked with a different return policy. Please visit your local store for more details.

Returning an Online Purchase

You can contact Customer Care 24 hours a day by sending us an email. Let us know the reason for the return and if you are requesting a replacement copy or a refund.

After contacting Customer Care, you will receive a separate e-mail which will include a Return Authorization Number and Return Mailing Address. Enclose the merchandise in a sturdy package (preferably the original package). Place the address on the outside of the package.

You must include your Return Authorization number with your return to receive credit. We must receive your purchase before a replacement or refund is processed.

Postage is required on all return shipments. The item must be unopened, unless you are returning a damaged or defective item.
