Draper’s & Damon’s Return Policy
It’s simple.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, send it back for a full refund or exchange.
If you need to return an item, there is no need to call us.
If possible, pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
Return Option 1: Draper’s & Damon’s Quick Return (available in the Continental U.S.)
To return an item, see the back of your packing slip. It will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. No postage is required; the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Just drop your package in the U.S. mail.
Return Option 2: Return On Your Own
You can return your package using another method of insured mail to:

Please be sure to keep the top portion of the invoice for your records when sending in a return.
Please allow up to 30 business days from our receipt of your package for processing.
Your refund or credit will be confirmation of receipt.
*Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.
