  • You can return most Groupon Goods products for a refund within 30 days of receiving them. You may also be able to exchange your item for a new one. Check out our exchanges FAQ to learn more.
  • Refunds will be processed 1–2 business days after we receive your return and will post to your statement within 10 business days.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Please note that original shipping charges aren’t refundable unless the returned item is defective.
