All our products come with a promise of satisfaction guaranteed, and we believe you will be pleased. But, if for any reason you wish to return a shipment, you may do so at Highlights’ expense.

Here’s all you need to do. To return a shipment that has not already been opened, simply write “refused” on it, and drop it in the mail.

If the shipment has been opened, open one of the .PDFs below, print out your postage-paid return label and follow the instructions contained in that document.

If you cannot print the label, mail your return shipment in an envelope at the 4th class rate to Highlights Club Returns, 2201 South Street, Racine, WI 53404. Be sure to enclose your invoice if available, or your name, address and account number so we can adjust your account. Highlights will reimburse you for postage at your request.
