To cancel your subscription please notify us via email at support@highstermobile.com. Be sure to provide your username so we may locate your transaction quickly. Your cancellation will be effective within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of your email and all further billings will terminate.

Refund policy for non-subscription based products and sales

Within 30 days of purchase please submit your refund request to support@highstermobile.com

Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure you will be happy with any purchase you make from us. Within 30 days of purchase, if you are dissatisfied with our software please submit your refund request via email to support@highstermobile.com. Submitting your license, Customer or Invoice ID with your request will help to expedite the process.

Our team offers a 30 day money back guarantee. These terms apply for customer’s who have purchased the program and have NOT used the software within 30 days of their purchase.

We may reject your refund request if: The software was used in any way at all. You request a refund outside of the 30 day period of which the software was purchased.

Good will Refunds: Please submit all requests to support@auto-forward.com and one of our agents will be glad to review your account for a goodwill refund.

Activation of license key or data uploaded to your account. No refund will be due if the license key is activated or if any data from a device is uploaded to online account.
