We understand that every now and then you may buy something that doesn’t quite work. Does your item not fit? Do you feel like you got the wrong color? No worries! We’re here to help. Our staff is committed to keeping you happy.

You may return any UNUSED ITEMS, with all of the original tags. Packaging must be post-marked to us within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Please note that we can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased from Items are covered for defects for a period of 30 days by, after that period all warranty or defects should be handled directly with the merchant or manufacturer.Please contact customer service at  1.800.272.2065 if the item(s) you have ordered have a defect.

Need to exchange your item?

A SPEEDY EXCHANGE is our quick exchange method.

  • Simply place a new order online or by phone for the item(s) you would like.
  • Your new order will be processed and shipped right away. We will refund you for the cost of our Economy shipping method (once we receive your return back) if you pay for shipping on your new order.
  • Once your new order is placed, fill out your return form by marking ?Speedy Exchange?, write your new order number in the space provided and ship your item(s) back.
  • You can ship your return using any mail carrier of your choice as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You can use the original packaging or any other type of secure packaging to send your item back.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your return and when your refund is processed.
  • Your refund is applied to the credit card used on the order being returned, unless we are notified otherwise. If you would like us to refund the credit card used on your new order, please indicate that information on your return form, or by calling customer service at  1-800-272-2065.

If you are not in a hurry to receive your exchange, then a TRADITIONAL EXCHANGE is for you.

  • Fill out your return form indicating the item(s) you are returning and list the new item(s) you would like in the Notes section.
  • Ship your return back to us and we will send your new item(s) once we receive your returned order.
  • We will process your exchange and ship your new item(s) within 1-3 business days. You can expect to receive a confirmation email when your exchange is processed and when your new order has been shipped.
  • If the item is under $40 an economy shipping charge will be applied to the credit card used on the original order.

Not satisfied and would like to request a refund?

If you would just like to return your item for a REFUND, please do the following:

  • Fill out the return form listing what you are returning and check “Return Only” as the type of return.
  • Pack all item(s) in original package or other secure packaging. Be sure to include the return form.
  • Return your package through your preferred mail service. Please be sure to ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. IslandSurf cannot be held accountable for packages lost during the return process if no proof of tracking is available.
  • We will process a full refund of item(s) purchased(excluding shipping costs) within three business days of receiving the return.
  • The refund will be issued to the credit card on file unless we are notified otherwise. You can expect your credit to be posted to your credit card account within three (3) to ten (10) business days, depending on your credit card company, after we have applied the credit to your credit card.
  • An automated e-mail will be sent on the day that we receive your returned package and another confirmation email will be sent once your refund is completed. If you need your exchange or refund expedited more rapidly please call customer service.

In the case of an order error at the fault of At we always strive to be perfect, but we are human. If makes a mistake in the processing of your order (ships the wrong item/size, defective item, etc.), contact us directly for a free shipping voucher through UPS.
