You can return eligible item(s) within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value (please see Holiday Returns Policy below for gifts). An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for returns. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before starting the process.

For assistance please contact Customer Service at 1.888.965.6275, 7 days a week, 5:00 am – 9:00 pm (PST). We cannot accept returns on final-sale items ending in .99, monogrammed or personalized items or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Made-to-Order furniture or rugs are not eligible for returns. Delivery fees are non-refundable.INELIGIBLE ITEMS

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Monogrammed/personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (with prices ending in $.X9)
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

REFUND POLICY

  • Original Receipt – Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Gift Receipt – Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
  • Delivery Fees – Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Cash & Check Refunds – Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
  • Over $10,000 – If your return for Merchandise Credit Cards is greater than $10,000, we will issue you $10,000 in Merchandise Credit Cards to you that day, then mail additional Merchandise Credit Card(s) for the remaining amount owed to you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Online returns are available only for items that were shipped to the United States. If you would like to return items that were shipped outside the US, please see International Returns and Exceptions.

START RETURN PROCESS (for ups drop-off)

Begin the return process by giving us some details and we will create a UPS shipping label to bring to a UPS drop-off location. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer’s box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit.

Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States (includes US Territories and APO/FPO) only.
