Mountain Warehouse Return Policy
If a product isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund. You can return items to any of our stores or back to our warehouse. Please see our full Returns Policy for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns must be:
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt, credit card receipt, online order confirmation, dispatch email or dispatch note)
- In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
- In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside
Returns to stores are FREE, or use our easy pre-paid returns label – a £3 charge will be deducted from your refund for this service.

To return your order to your nearest store please ensure you have the order dispatch note and the card you used to place the order.
The store will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on your order.
We are not able to accept returns in our concession stores.

We offer FREE exchanges within the UK.
If returning an unwanted item by post to be refunded, a charge of £3 will be deducted from your total refund.
If your item is faulty, mislabelled, not as described or we have sent you the wrong thing you can send this back to us free of charge.
How do I return? Please select one of the convenient options below to generate a Return Label and complete the Exchange and Returns Form found on your dispatch note and send it to us with your item.

- Request your parcel be collected from a location of your choice OR
- Find a parcel shop near you to drop off your parcel to
- Follow the instructions and print your label
- Returns using this service will incur a £3 charge

Asda toyou

- If you have received a toyou return label with your parcel, please attach this label to your parcel. If not visit the toyou website here to print a label at home or you can print one in store.
- This costs £3 for returns and it will be deducted from your refund.
- Take your labelled parcel to the toyou signposted returns point or hand to a colleague at your most convenient Asda location; remember to include your returns note!
