30 Day Hassle Free Returns Policy

We want you to love your Natural Area Rugs order, we offer a 30 day risk and hassle free return policy. If you are unhappy or not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it, no questions asked.

*You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.

Notes on Returns:

• Do not fold, tape, or nail any surface of the item or rug that is to be returned.
• The returned item must be in new condition, if it is damaged or soiled it will be refused.
• No returns will be accepted without an RMA number, please fill out the form below to receive your RMA number.
• We recommend you ensure your return shipment with the carrier selected for full purchase price to protect against loss or damage in transit.
• Custom orders, including sisal remnants and closeouts, are not returnable under any circumstances.
• Refunds exclude any expedited shipping costs.
• No returns will be accepted after the 30-day return window.

Return Procedure:

• Fill out the return request below to receive an RMA number (Return merchandise authorization). Please allow 1-2 business days for it to process.
• Use a tractable carrier of your choice (UPS, Fedex, etc.) to ship the item to our warehouse, we recommend using FedEx. Use the FedEx locator to find the nearest FedEx store.
