Shipping rates:
Shipping rates are calculated directly from Fedex and will show upon checkout. It is very difficult to give an accurate estimation on shipping costs. NOOKA is not responsible for paying any import/customs duties taxes.
Countries we ship to:
The Nooka Online Store ships to the United States, Canada, Chile, Ireland, Korea, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Uruguay, Australia and a few others. If you do not live in one of the countries listed above, please contact your local distributor for retailers near you. www.nooka.com/wheretobuy.aspx or service@nooka.com. PLEASE NOTE: the customer is always responsible for taxes and duties levied upon delivery and these costs will NOT be reflected in your purchase on nooka.com. For Japan: check out our Japanese site. Shipments are sent via Fedex from our warehouses in Hong Kong and USA.
Estimated shipping time:
Estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days in the USA. For all orders outside of the USA, the estimated time can range from 4-10 business days. It is difficult to give an accurate estimation on shipping times since it all depends on the country and customs issues. Please understand that these are estimated transit times—it is always best to use your tracking number which is emailed with your confirmation.
Placing an order:
NOOKA accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply to countries outside of USA. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.
After you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 3 business days. NOOKA is run by humans, not robots. Please note that any orders will go out during normal business hours (Monday—Friday). Please allow 24–48 hours to update tracking information. Our office operates Mon-Fri except for public holidays. If there is a problem with your order, due to fradulant credit card use, stock availability, etc. we will inform you by email and offer to cancel the order if fitting. When your order is shipped, you will recieve an email containing the final confirmation and tracking information for your order. For questions or concerns about your order, please use your tracking number.
